The house that we're working on for Dave is coming along really well. The siding is just about finished, and the drywall mudding has been done for the second time, some for the final time.

I should be getting good at this drywall mudding...this picture is actually from the previous house, but I spent all day doing this same thing again.
We had lunch delivered to the jobsite today, which was a real treat. One of the local ladies brought us gumbo and rice, potato salad, spiced up ritz crackers....better known as fire crackers, and something like a trifle for dessert.

There was a lull in the work just after lunch, so Helen and I lay down in the van for a meddach schlop.
