Dedication Service

Last night was the official dedication service at Dave's house. There were a number of his friends from the community present, as well as many MDS workers. The painting is done, the cupboards are in place, and will be finished today. Light fixtures still need to be put up, the flooring needs to go in, as well as other finishing things. The short term MDS people will be in charge of doing this in the next few weeks.
This is Dave, with George and myself. This is really a neat, little house. It's about 600 square feet, has a front room which is living room and kitchen, leads into the bedroom, and to the right is a laundry room and bathroom. There are no closets in this house, only one door, which is a pocket door, so this made the drywalling and mudding much simpler. His kitchen table is a huge, red toolbox, but covered up like it was last night, it looked pretty good.
Part of the dedication service was to present a Bible to the homeowner. We also did a responsive reading, and sang "Bless This House". It was a nice evening.
