George worked at the trailer today, putting down tiles in the hallway, and lending a sympathetic ear to the owner, who needed a good listener. I helped 2 other ladies put together some quilts that we'll tie and give to "our" family. After work, we went to do laundry in Sulphur, do a bit of shopping, and then went to Hollier's for supper. Boiled crawfish was our choice, 3 pounds of it, and that's what you see in the picture. You twist off the tail, throw the rest away, peel the shell off of the tail, and eat the inside. It's very good, but takes a very long time to eat, and is messy. We were supplied with a wet facecloth, and a pile of napkins, and a bucket for the garbage, which were well used.
