We had quite a lot of rain Monday night, so the back yard in town was flooded. So we brought the spindles and shutters here to the camp office to paint. You can see that it was a hard job, watching the paint dry.
By afternoon it had dried up a bit, and the men had finished the siding on the side facing, so we went to town and scraped and primed window frames, caulked some cracks, and some started painting the siding. An old MDS saying is "we do our best, and caulk the rest", and when working with an old house, that really does happen.
