On Saturday George and I went to Lake Fausse Pointe State park and went on a 3.3 mile hike. There weren't a lot of plants growing yet, as it's too early in the season. We had a clear view of the area around the path, and saw some turtles and an armadillo...which I got a picture of. It's too early for alligators and snakes, but there's plenty of warnings about them.

Armadillos are so weird! But I'd rather meet one of them than an alligator or snake!
You should've caught him and made a hat out of him!
