On Saturday we went to Tombstone for breakfast, then took the longer, more scenic road back to McNeal. In the afternoon we had an offer to go back to Tombstone for ice-cream, and of course we were willing!

On Sunday we went to church in Elfrida and enjoyed a potluck lunch there. Later we went to the Whitewater Draw Wildlife Refuge to see the cranes. I wonder if they're the same ones we saw in Alaska last summer?
