This is just a little change from my regular blogging and what we've been doing. We just got an email from Jo and Steve... they arrived safe and sound in Ukraine, and are working in a village north of Zaporozhye, building a fence and fixing things up at a church. She says there's no running water or electricity in this village where they're working, it's like going back in time 100 years. She's already learned to make true Ukrainian borscht, using chicken necks....good thing she's such a gamer! Not much internet access, so I suppose the emails will be few and far between. But it certainly was good to finally hear from her!
