We took a drive to Chiricahua National Monument yesterday afternoon. It's located about 30 miles northwest of McNeal, and it's an interesting park to drive through. It has lots of hoodoos and balancing rocks. We could have gone hiking as well, but it was only 4 degrees up at 6700 feet elevation, and there were even a few snow pellets flying around.
We like to go to Bisbee and just drive around that town as well. There used to be a huge copper mine there, but it's been closed for years. Now they do tours through the mine for tourists.
