We arrived here in McNeal, AZ on Monday afternoon after a good, but very long drive. We moved into our home for the month, and settled in very quickly. Everyone here is busy getting ready for the Expo which is taking place on Saturday.
They are expecting from 200 to 1000 people, a rather big range, but they really have no way of knowing how many will come.
Thursday morning we got to go for a ride in a Cessna 206. They were rounding up people to go, as they needed to do a few practice runs of going through the registration procedure, as well as taking us through the safety blurb that always happens on flights.
We had a 15 minute ride across the Swisshelm Mountains and back to the base.
We had a meeting this afternoon in the hangar where everything is set up for the Expo, making sure everyone knows where they're supposed to be and what they're doing tomorrow. They also had a time of prayer for this event.

There will be 2 Kodiak airplanes here tomorrow, and the first one showed up shortly after our meeting was over.
