I just thought I'd share a few pictures and events of our recent trip to B.C. This first picture was taken on Canada Day. We went up the gondola at Kicking Horse Resort near Golden, B.C. and had brunch at the highest restaurant in Canada at 7700 feet.

We camped at Rolley Lake Provincial Park, and at Golden Ears P.P. Both are beautifully treed campgrounds.

Mount Baker showed itself on this particular morning, always an awesome sight.

Our friend Johannes Stolz invited us to their church camp out in the wild boonies, so we spent a few hours helping to make rollkuchen for the campers, and of course enjoyed plenty ourselves. It was 37 degrees that day.

Here George is sawing up a tree branch he found. Mmmmm, maybe not such a good idea in a Provincial park with the park attendant driving by.

On July 14, we attended Vicky (Vanessa's sister) and Stefan's wedding. It was a beautiful wedding, and both James and Vanessa were attendants for them.

We spent a night at Kekuli Bay near Vernon, overlooking Kalamalka Lake. On Tuesday evening we were in Red Deer, and had a good visit with Kevin, Charmaine and Ella. In all, it was a wonderful vacation!
